Shipping times:
Standard shipping: 2 - 6 business days
Express shipping:  1 - 4 business days

Note: Times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances that are completely out of my control. 

Plants will be shipped Mondays only, in large custom shipping box.

Purchases and payments need to be made by 5pm on the Saturday to shipped on the following Monday. Purchases made after 5pm Saturday will be held till the
next week to send. 

All cancelations will incur a 15% fee of total value of order.

If a public holiday falls during a week orders will be held till the follow week to send.  

PO BOX OWNERS PLEASE NOTE: 
If you have a PO BOX, the check out will not recognize this as an actual address to send to. To have an order sent to a PO BOX use the street address of the post office (or where ever your PO BOX is located), then put the PO BOX # in the “unit/apt/site” field. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Due to Australia's strict quarantine laws and regulations there is no shipping out side of the mainland e.g. Lord Howe, Norfolk or any other islands. 

Additionally there is no shipping to TAS, WA or NT due to these same reasons. 

Some plants will not be able to be sent to QLD due to noxious weed status, which will be noted on the sale page of specific plants
