Botanical Name: Prunus persica var.

Description: The Tropical Peach (Prunus persica) is a deciduous tree known for its ability to thrive in warm climates. Typically, it grows to a height of 3 to 6m, with a spread of about 2.5 to 5m . The tree features a rounded canopy with lush foliage.

Flowers: Depending on location from mid winter to early spring, the Tropical Peach produces an abundance of pink to reddish-pink flowers. These blossoms are not only attractive but also fragrant, adding ornamental value to the tree.

Fruits: The fruits are medium to large peaches, typically yellow with a red blush. The flesh is juicy, sweet, and aromatic, ideal for fresh eating, cooking, or preserving.

Growth Habit: The Tropical Peach has a spreading growth habit with a rounded canopy. It requires regular pruning to maintain its shape and encourage healthy fruit production.
